การแคสติ้ง Casting  ถือเป็นเรื่องที่ยากมากเพราะเราต้อง ฝ่าฟันกับคนที่มีหน้าตา ดี+โปรไฟล์เริ่ดแต่เราทำมันได้

1.คุณต้องเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมไม่ว่าเรื่องรูปร่างหน้าตาผิวพรรณ ที่สำคัญ หุ่นดีในโทรทัศน์ กับชีวิตจริงไม่เหมือนกัน เพราะเวลาขึ้นกล้องบวมทุกคน 

2.จริตจะกร้าน แววตาความสามารถ การจิกกล้อง และที่สำคัญฝึกร้องไห้ไว้เลย
ยิ่งถ้า แกรมมี่ น่ะ ร้องไห้ หน้ากระจกเยอะๆ มุมเด็ด มุมเด็นมุม ไหนลองอัดวีดีโอ หรือถ่ายรูปไว้ทำให้ชิน***

3. แล้วต้องดูด้วยว่างานไปแคสคือไร ถ้าเอ็มวีแบบสาวเท่ห์ คุณก็ ต้องปรับบุคลิกไปตามนั้น แต่แฝงไปด้วยความเป็นตัวเอง ถ้างานนี้ สาวหวาน คุณก็ต้องหวานแต่หวานแบบครึ่งๆอย่าแอ็บเกินน่ะค่ะ ข้อนี้สำคัญมากเพราะเค้าจะดูว่าคุณเหมาะสมที่จะแสดงงานนี้หรือป่าว

4.การแต่งหน้าสำคัญมาก แนะนำ บิ๊กอาย อย่าใส่ ย้ำอย่าใส่(ถ้าสายตาสั้นก็ใส่สีใสๆ) ขนตาปลอมอย่าติด แต่งหน้าแบบเบาๆโชว์เครื่องหน้าของตัวคุณเอง ถ้าเป็นไปได้ แต่งให้พอดี แต่ บางคน หน้าสดสวยมาก กรรมการเข้าจะรับพิจารณาไว้พิเศษเลย ที่สำคัญพกน้ำตาเทียมไปด้วยก่อนถ่ายพกมาหยอดตาจะประกายมากเวลาโดนแสงไฟ แสงแฟลต์

5.แฟ้มสะสมผลงานว่าเคยทำอะไรมีงานถ่ายแบบบ้างไหม งานพิธีกร นักพูด ที่เคยทำมา จัดใส่แฟ้ม ทำออกมาให้ดู ดีมีคลาสด้วยอย่าลืม***

6 เวลาแคสกับผู้ใหญ่ถ้าอายุ30-40(ส่วนมากก็อายุประมาณนี้) ควรพูดค่ะ/ครับทุกคำ ร,ล ชัดเจน ที่สำคัญส่งแววตาถึงความมุ่งมันให้มากๆ มองตาทุกครั้งเวลาพูด นั่งหลังตรงๆอย่างอน่ะค่ะ บุคลิกภาพสำคัญมาก แล้วเวลากรรมการปล่อยมุกหรือพูดติดตลกมาคุณก็หัวเราะยิ้มเป็นธรรมชาติแอบเขินอายบ้าง ทำตัวให้สบายๆธรรมชาติๆ จะดีมาก(อย่าเกร็ง) เสน่ห์ของคุณปล่อยออกมาเยอะๆ
ถ้ากรรมการเป็นชายแท้ไม่ยาก แต่ถ้า เจอ ผญกับ เก้งกวาง ก็อย่ากลัวปล่อยของออกมาเลย

7.ความมั่นใจล้วนๆถ้าคุณมั่นใจทำออกมาดี คุณจะได้รับงานนั้นแน่นอน

01. Casting and Acting Coach ฝ่ายจัดหานักแสดง ช่างเจรจา กล้าแสดงออก ชอบความท้าทาย บุคลิกดี มนุษย์สัมพันธ์เป็นเลิศ มีความมั่นใจในตัวเอง มีความรู้ทางด้านการแสดง ใจเย็น รับผิดชอบงาน ตรงต่อเวลา มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความอดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี ทำงานวันหยุด และ เสาร์-อาทิตย์ได้

02. Costume Stylist - On set Wardrobe  แผนกเสื้อผ้า แบกราวผ้าได้ รีดผ้าเป็น หา Reference นำเสนอต่อผู้กำกับ ขายงายในส่วนของ Costume ต่อลูกค้าร่วมกับผู้กำกับ จัดเตรียมเสื้อผ้าและเครื่องประดับ สำหรับนักแสดง ดูแลการแต่งกายของนักแสดง เคลียร์บิลสำหรับเงินที่ Advance ไป อายุไม่เกิน 28 ปี ปริญญาตรี ออกแบบแฟชั่น หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ใช้ Photoshop Illustrator Internet ได้คล่อง Sketch รูปได้ (วาดเอง และ หรือ ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์) มีความรู้ด้านการตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้า มีแหล่งการตัดเย็บที่มีคุณภาพและสามารถติดต่อประสานงานได้ มีความอดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี หากมีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ออกแบบเสื้อผ้าได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
